From the A5 or A67 autobahns, take the Darmstadt exit at Darmstädter Kreuz. Follow the signs towards Stadtmitte and City Ring straight ahead. Drive into the city tunnel and get into the middle lane. After about 500 m turn left out of the tunnel. To get to our institute building, please turn left at the first traffic light after the city tunnel. After approx. 200 m you can turn right into the Justus-Liebig parking garage. From there you can walk to us in 2 minutes. When leaving the parking garage, just keep to the right and after approx. 50m cross Landgraf-Georg-Straße at the traffic lights. The building S3 | 10 is now on your right.
You can find additional parking facilities in the nearby “darmstadtium” congress center. From the Darmstadt / Stadtmitte exit, follow the signs to “darmstadtium”. From there you can walk to us in 5 minutes. Use the passage over the Erich-Ollenhauer-Promenade.
Please note the environmental zone regulations in Darmstadt.
In the city center only vehicles with the green environmental sticker are allowed.
Track related traffic restrictions from June 01, 2019
The traffic restrictions apply in the eastern Hügelstraße and Heinrichstraße in the section between Heidelberger Str. and Karlstraße.
This concerns diesel vehicles of the Euro standards 1 to 5 and for gasoline cars (“petrol engines”) of the Euro norms 0 to 2 .
